Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate with equity plan participants and resolve questions related to vesting, transactions, enrollment, and general inquiries using escalation processes.
  • •Maintain participant-facing FAQ documents and keep training materials up to date.
  • •Administer equity plans day-to-day, including ISO/NQs, RSUs/PSUs, and ESPP.
  • •Contribute to the development of equity-related policies and procedures.
  • •Analyze employee/agent feedback and operational metrics to identify process improvement and automation opportunities; support director-led special projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and general understanding of US federal and state taxation.
