Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full-cycle recruiting for Research Scientist, SWE, and Robotics roles—from strategy through offer close.
  • •Serve as leaders’ recruiting brain by partnering with founders and engineering/research leadership to shape searches and calibrate the bar.
  • •Source top technical candidates using papers, GitHub, conferences, communities, and networks rather than job boards.
  • •Run a fast, human recruiting process that senior researchers judge highly.
  • •Build scalable sourcing, screening, and reporting in Ashby and automate repeat tasks.
