Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Recommend appropriate retail consumer and small business products/services using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and perform directed outside sales activities, including presentations and community financial literacy events.
  • •Establish relationships with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) and refer customers as appropriate; meet customer experience and individual/team production goals while processing teller transactions and loan/bankcard activities.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through NMLS (NMLS MU4R questions and registration required).
