Job Summary

Lead program-level planning across Demand Forecasting, Staffing & Resource Planning, and Opportunity Ingest to translate customer demand into reliable production plans. Own forecasting accuracy, staffing validation, and account-level reporting while building scalable tools and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to drive predictable, auditable, and scalable planning for 1–2 priority Scale AI accounts.

Key Responsibilities

•Own demand forecasting processes and monitor Production Plan and Opportunity Forecast; act quickly on demand changes.
•Partner with Supply Ops to review the Production Plan weekly and drive forecasting accuracy and adjustments.
•Create/validate staffing requests and communicate staffing changes to Delivery teams, STOs and EMs.
•Validate staffing tracking accuracy weekly and correct discrepancies in project-level staffing data.
•Drive account intelligence and systems enablement by designing scalable planning tools and reporting artifacts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 151,200 - 189,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong forecasting, demand planning, and staffing analysis to translate demand into production plans.

•Proven track record building scalable planning tools and dashboards (e.g., ramp planning sheets, account dashboards, playbooks).
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
