Key Responsibilities

  • •Own demand forecasting processes and monitor Production Plan and Opportunity Forecast; act quickly on demand changes.
  • •Partner with Supply Ops to review the Production Plan weekly and drive forecasting accuracy and adjustments.
  • •Create/validate staffing requests and communicate staffing changes to Delivery teams, STOs and EMs.
  • •Validate staffing tracking accuracy weekly and correct discrepancies in project-level staffing data.
  • •Drive account intelligence and systems enablement by designing scalable planning tools and reporting artifacts.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering program-level planning in a fast-paced operations environment.
  • •Strong forecasting, demand planning, and staffing analysis to translate demand into production plans.

  • •Proven track record building scalable planning tools and dashboards (e.g., ramp planning sheets, account dashboards, playbooks).
