Job Summary

Provide day-to-day operational support for enterprise Media, Finance, and People platforms, ensuring reliable performance and compliance. Monitor and triage tickets/incidents/requests within SLAs, manage user access and data maintenance, and support incident/problem investigations with root-cause analysis. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, business stakeholders, and vendors on enhancements, onboarding, testing, and deployments. Maintain runbooks and knowledge base documentation to support audit readiness and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide support for critical business systems across Media, finance, and people platforms.
•Monitor tickets/incidents/requests; triage, investigate, and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
•Manage user access requests (joins, moves, leavers) with role-based access and approvals; support data setup and maintenance.
•Support incident and problem investigations, including root cause analysis; assist with testing, deployment, and validation of changes.
•Maintain support documentation (runbooks, knowledge base articles) and collaborate with Product, Engineering, stakeholders, and vendors.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in an Application Support role supporting enterprise systems; finance or planning systems are desirable.
•Strong understanding of ticketing tools and support workflows (e.g., ServiceNow-like tools).
•Experience with access management, data maintenance, and configuration changes.
•Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot systematically, and work across technical and non-technical teams.
•Exposure to audit-controlled environments (SOX, compliance, change governance) and familiarity with Agile or DevOps ways of working.
