Job Summary

Source and connect passive talent for senior leader and C-suite searches across Honeywell’s business groups. Partner with executive recruiters and hiring managers to help launch searches, refine strategy using market intelligence, and deliver research, mapping, and status updates. Track recruiting metrics, support candidate materials and application reviews, and continuously improve sourcing and research processes while working in a hybrid Charlotte or Atlanta environment.

•Participate in search kick-off meetings with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
•Help develop search strategy by researching target industries and companies.

•Use data to track key metrics and influence stakeholders in decision making.
•Prepare job descriptions, candidate presentations, search status updates, and research/mapping deliverables.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of progressive experience in executive search, recruiting, talent acquisition, strategy consulting, or a relevant professional services environment.
•Proficiency with Boolean logic and/or LinkedIn Recruiter searches.
•Bachelor's Degree.
•In-house or agency recruiting experience, preferably at the Sr Director level and above.
•Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
