Job Summary

Support clients in the rail industry by advising on traffic and/or maintenance as part of WSP’s Transport Business Advisory team. You’ll help develop customers’ business within public transit and commercial traffic across the Nordics, working either independently or alongside senior and junior colleagues. The role includes assisting with traffic procurements (bids/RFPs), developing asset management strategies and maintenance concepts, and supporting business development.

Key Responsibilities

•Support clients with advisory services in traffic and/or maintenance as a consultant.
•Contribute to developing customers’ business within public transit or commercial traffic using sustainable transport (train, tram, metro, etc.) in the Nordics.
•Support traffic procurements through bids for operators/maintainers or RFPs for buyers.
•Develop asset management strategies and maintenance concepts for new and existing assets.
•Support existing business development.

Key Requirements

•Relevant education in the area or equivalent experience.
•Experience from one or more areas such as strategy and business development for traffic and vehicle maintenance.
•Experience with operation, mobilization, or procurement of public transport as either customer (buyer) or supplier (operator).
•Experience with vehicle maintenance.
•Ability to lead and drive projects independently in the rail industry is considered beneficial, and you master Swedish and English well in speech and writing.
