  • •Intermediate to advanced knowledge of residential mortgage lending (correspondent or retail), including FHA/VA/conventional and underwriting guidelines.
  • •Advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance requirements affecting mortgage underwriting.
  • •High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; DE or SAR certification preferred.
