  • •Oversee shift management in a first-mile fulfillment center, middle-mile sortation center, or final-mile delivery station.
  • •Create and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across your work area.
  • •Manage and train associates to deliver best-in-class service for customers.
  • •Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines.
  • •Adjust labor allocation to meet and exceed plans and forecasts and engage support functions to address performance and process readiness issues.
