Job Summary

Own the Financial Services segment with a P&L mindset—setting where to invest, what to ship, and how to move the market. Lead business reviews and external engagement to translate market intelligence into product strategy. Prototype and build new concepts using AI and low-code, develop PRDs, and partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to launch and scale solutions that drive growth, retention, and account penetration.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Financial Services segment strategy with a P&L mindset to drive growth, retention, and account penetration across near- and mid-term horizons.
•Conduct ongoing business reviews tracking Financial Services revenue by product and channel, segment performance, competitive dynamics, and portfolio gaps.
•Engage externally with customers, partners, and industry forums to understand market trends, buyer/user needs, and competitive landscape.
•Prototype new product concepts using AI and low-code, create PRDs, and partner with Product and Engineering to iterate and ship.
•Lead market entry for new Financial Services products, including initial value proposition, early pitches with Sales, early implementations with Research Consulting, and structured feedback loops.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 213,000 - 288,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of deep, hands-on Financial Services experience analyzing healthcare/claims/real-world data to inform investment decisions in public or private companies.
•Expert-level understanding of the Financial Services segment, including use cases, buyer and user personas, competitive dynamics, and market direction.
•Strong analytical rigor combining qualitative market intelligence and quantitative signals to build evidence-based strategies.
•Exceptional communication and influencing skills to translate complex ideas into clear written, visual, and oral narratives for diverse audiences.
•Experience as an integrative, cross-functional leader partnering across Product, Sales, and Marketing, and comfort building with AI coding/coworking tools.
