Design, develop, and maintain firmware for BMCs used in AMD server platforms. Collaborate with platform engineers and cross-functional teams across pre- and post-silicon phases to translate requirements into robust firmware, while debugging, validating, and delivering reliable firmware solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Firmware design, develop, debug, verify and/or validate firmware, software and/or hardware design
•Participate in day-to-day firmware development work
•Support customers root-cause analysis and resolve issues
•Participate in requirement analysis and architecture discussions to translate customer needs into technical specifications
•Develop validation scripts/unit tests and documentation to ensure reliable and maintainable firmware

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
•Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python and shell scripting
•Firmware design, development, debugging, verification and validation experience
•Ability to work independently and in a team, with good communication skills
•Familiarity with source control, development tooling, and documentation practices
