Job Summary

Build and scale UiPath’s Vertical Solutions products, including an AI agentic orchestration platform for enterprise automation. You’ll develop full-stack services with React, Python, and/or C#, collaborating with the Lax and Maestro backend team. Own prototype-to-production delivery, implement evaluation and reliability practices for non-deterministic systems, and translate customer needs into scalable distributed infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain full-stack Vertical Solutions products leveraging AI coding assistants.
•Write production-quality code and improve development workflows using AI tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot.
•Prototype with real customers and ship proven ideas into production systems.
•Design evaluations and measure system quality against real customer data, accounting for non-deterministic behavior.
•Build highly scalable, reliable distributed systems and translate customer needs into technical solutions.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on distributed systems and backend architecture.
•Strong full-stack knowledge across frontend (React) and backend (Python and/or C#), and willingness to work across both.
•Experience building production AI systems (LLMs, tool-calling, multi-agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, structured outputs, and evaluation).
•Distributed systems experience including resilience concepts like idempotency, replay ability, state management, and long-running jobs.
•Hands-on proficiency with core engineering practices and platforms (cloud ecosystems, containerization/orchestration, and modern development workflows).
