Key Responsibilities

  • •Own global transportation operations from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and cost-efficient moves while resolving escalations quickly.
  • •Manage and mentor logistics coordinators across multiple time zones, reviewing movements, assigning projects, and breaking down complex processes into actionable initiatives.
  • •Define, monitor, and report KPIs and SLAs (e.g., on-time delivery, cost variances, ticket response times) to drive operational excellence.
  • •Serve as main point of contact for 3PLs and freight forwarders, negotiating contracts and pricing on behalf of logistics.
  • •Oversee billing and invoicing, forecast logistics needs, and drive continuous improvement through training and cost-optimization strategies.

Key Requirements
