The Sales Associate drives store sales by delivering the ALO experience and brand mission through authentic guest interactions, product education, and knowledge of fabric and design. Works with the team to meet goals, educate guests about our culture, and maintain an engaging, efficient store environment while applying Flow initiatives and upholding store standards.
