Lead and grow the GTA landscape architecture and urban design group in the Toronto office, guiding projects from concept through construction documents. Collaborate with Landscape Architects, Architects, Engineers and Planners; mentor interns; develop creative technical solutions; manage multiple projects and budgets to meet deadlines; ensure design deliverables comply with standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and grow the landscape and urban design group in the GTA area.
•Internal and external collaboration with Landscape Architects, Architects, Engineers and Planners. Mentor intern landscape architects in GTA office.
•Develop creative technical solutions.
•Preparation and review of conceptual design, design development and construction documents including details and specifications.
•Manage multiple projects, budgets and effectively meet deadlines.

Key Requirements

•Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
•Minimum of 10 years' experience working as a registered Landscape Architect.
•Member of OALA, CSLA.
•Preference given to candidates with knowledge of people management, project management and business development.
•Bilingual (English and French) would be considered an asset.
