Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage an expanding Private Equity team within the Limerick operation.
  • •Deliver accurate, timely client service by ensuring assigned tasks and information requests are completed.
  • •Organise team workloads and members efficiently and effectively, including coaching and training.
  • •Ensure client service levels and regulatory filing deadlines are met.
  • •Liaise with clients and external auditors, address audit queries, and support fund reporting (including NAV-related inputs).

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a recognised Professional Accounting Qualification with extensive post-QE experience.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP/US GAAP and IFRS.
  • •Working knowledge of the Irish regulatory/tax regime as it relates to Fund Accounting and Financial Reporting.
  • •Knowledge of or willingness to quickly gain Private Equity Fund Administration experience.
  • •Client service orientation with the ability to lead and develop a team.
