Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with PLM and Enterprise Product solution leadership to define strategy and roadmaps for PLM & master data solutions.
  • •Define software standards across Teamcenter PLM solutions and collaborate closely with business teams to drive alignment.
  • •Coordinate solution architecture collaboration with external IT teams and align across multiple project teams.
  • •Design, implement, and support Teamcenter PLM solutions involving multiple BOM types while ensuring alignment to complex business and manufacturing requirements.
  • •Lead data migration, system cutover, and launch activities for large Teamcenter implementations in coordination with multi-functional IT and business teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of IT Solution Architect experience focused on PLM solutions.
  • •Hands-on delivery of at least three medium to large Siemens Teamcenter implementations across design, configuration, and deployment phases.
  • •Strong BOM expertise, including BOM concepts/structures and standard BOM methodologies for complex enterprise PLM use cases.
  • •Experience with Teamcenter change management (change objects, workflows, approvals, governance) and assessing impacts to downstream systems.
  • •Ability to partner with business customers to understand requirements and present solution designs and trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
