Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead FDE technically by setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, unblocking complex projects, and raising the engineering bar while remaining hands-on.
  • •Drive strategic deployments end-to-end, from technical discovery through production rollout, identifying onboarding friction and scoping solutions.
  • •Architect, build, and debug integrations across APIs, webhooks, SIEM/SOAR platforms, identity systems, and the broader enterprise security stack.
  • •Turn field work into reusable product/platform capabilities by identifying patterns across customer deployments.
  • •Build scalable systems, automation, and internal tooling to make each new customer deployment faster and easier.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 120,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years building and shipping production software with depth to make architecture decisions and contribute to the codebase.
  • •Experience setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and driving complex projects while staying hands-on.
  • •Direct technical experience with complex enterprise customers, able to uncover needs and scope production systems.
  • •Comfort working across APIs, webhooks, identity/authentication (OAuth, SAML, SCIM), and enterprise infrastructure; security platforms/SIEM-SOAR experience is a plus.
  • •Strong communication and judgment—able to move between customer calls, system design, debugging, and partnering with Product on what to build next.
