Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers by building and retaining consumer and business relationships. Proactively identify customers’ financial goals, recommend appropriate deposit and lending products, and process transactions accurately. Provide excellent customer service while educating customers on bank products, services, and technology. Follow all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies, and refer customers to other areas to deepen partnerships.
