Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Division Director of Finance with consolidated Business Units’ FP&A oversight and strategic financial decision-making.
  • •Lead month-end reporting and performance management, including variance analysis, flash reporting review, and executive-ready materials.
  • •Own budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across income statement, balance sheet, cash flows, and capital expenditures.
  • •Lead the Great Lakes Division risk and opportunities process, identifying, quantifying, communicating, and monitoring exposures and benefits.
  • •Lead and manage Division and Business Unit Finance organization, ensuring consistent execution, strong financial controls, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum five years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or FP&A.
  • •Demonstrated experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • •Knowledge of financial reporting standards, internal controls, and SOX compliance requirements.
  • •Leadership and collaboration skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver executive-level analysis and presentations.
