Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and optimize drop ship operations by managing vendor relationships and monitoring order fulfillment performance.
  • •Analyze retailer sales, inventory, and fulfillment performance to identify growth opportunities and service risks.
  • •Provide complex sales and sell-in reporting and ad hoc analytics to stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
  • •Recommend actions to improve product availability, optimize assortment performance, and address inventory or fulfillment concerns.
  • •Work with the Regional Sales Team and Regional Sales Directors on item performance and season forecasting to maximize production runs and margins.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •5–8 years of professional experience in a related position.
  • •Previous experience in retail buying, retail planning, or similar experience with retail forecasting and sales analysis.
  • •Strong knowledge of merchandising, buying, product allocation, and retail sales analysis, including open-to-buy processes and financial planning.
