  • •Animate the managerial community (~180 people) and run performance and development campaigns.
  • •Coordinate talent reviews, individual development plans, and internal mobility.
  • •Supervise training strategy, integration seminars, and the community of interns and apprentices.
  • •Design and deploy internal communication strategy, run internal programs, and supervise the MyHIBox platform.
  • •Coordinate wellbeing and health-safety devices and consolidate the HR Holding budget with controlling.

Key Requirements
