Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organizations, delivering production-ready solutions.
  • •Design agent intelligence (prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations) using Agentic AI platform and LLM techniques.
  • •Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture choice through deployed, validated, and observable production systems.
  • •Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks (and customer data platforms), including modeling, validation, and KPI tracking.
  • •Contribute to PoCs and MVPs quickly, co-build with customers and partners, and surface platform gaps/edge cases back to senior engineers and product teams.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, including at least one production system you can discuss.
  • •Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
  • •Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, plus willingness to add more as needed.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including understanding data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
