Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead cross-functional teams (engineers, planners, consultants), including recruitment and day-to-day support of direct reports.
  • •Plan, direct, and execute site development planning for data centers, accountable for project/group results, goals, budgets, and schedules.
  • •Drive due diligence through zoning, permitting, entitlement, and offsite infrastructure processes to completion.
  • •Support identification and evaluation of land opportunities aligned with long-term data center growth.
  • •Proactively identify risks, deliver mitigation strategies and contingency plans, and reinforce a culture of accountability and open communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field plus 8 years of experience in land development, infrastructure, or project management (or equivalent).
  • •Demonstrated experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects.
  • •Proficiency conducting feasibility studies and evaluating potential sites for development.
  • •Knowledge of environmental assessments, zoning regulations, land use planning, and utility infrastructure portfolios.
  • •Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
