Key Responsibilities

  • •Own project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies to keep delivery on track.
  • •Scope and document project processes and documentation for current and future business models.
  • •Run regular stakeholder meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and manage competing priorities.
  • •Use data analysis and process mapping to identify impacts across the business.
  • •Own risk management, assess schedule/budget risks, and ensure reporting, documentation, and sign-offs are completed on time.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualification in business, Civil Engineering/Construction, information systems, or equivalent experience.
  • •5–10 years as a Project Manager across construction and technology infrastructure projects.
  • •Solid understanding of business operations, ideally within ports or logistics.
  • •Hands-on delivery experience implementing technology infrastructure, including gathering and shaping business and technical requirements.
  • •Comfort overseeing software and hardware solution design and rollout, with strong written requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
