Senior AI Deployment Consultant

Lead end-to-end deployments for Intercom’s largest customers, combining hands-on configuration of Intercom features (including the agent Fin) with strong project management. Define scope, timelines, and success criteria; act as the primary point of contact; and coordinate integrations, data migrations, and security reviews. Partner across Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to deliver measurable time-to-value, automation improvements, and customer satisfaction while evolving deployment best practices.
