Software Engineer (Sell Core)

Build and ship high-quality features across Dialpad’s web and desktop-native applications as a full stack engineer. Take end-to-end ownership of significant features, drive architectural decisions, and tackle complex technical hurdles while maintaining strong code quality through testing and code reviews. Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams, participate in an on-call rotation to resolve critical issues, and help create shared components and practices for long-term maintainability.
