Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable for the overall product lifecycle from program commit to manufacturing readiness, value engineering, and portfolio management.
  • •Lead a cross-functional team across product development, manufacturing, product management, contract manufacturing partners/ODM-JDM partners, and customer support.
  • •Coordinate with technology and manufacturing partners to ensure timely delivery of prototypes and early production units, including material readiness.
  • •Drive activities focused on manufacturability, testability, reliability, sustainability, and supportability objectives.
  • •Assure new product release objectives and readiness checkpoints; identify program risks, monitor quality/cost metrics, and lead continuous improvement through post-project assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • •4+ years of direct engineering experience in the fabrication and manufacturing of electronic products.
  • •Experience with new product introduction, operations, and program management (highly desirable).
  • •Experience working and negotiating with external partners and working with sales/customer stakeholders.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences; PMP certification is highly desirable.
