Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement change and adoption plans for large-scale, complex IT initiatives aligned to organisational objectives and benefits.
  • •Manage stakeholder relationships to address concerns and secure support and commitment for change and adoption initiatives.
  • •Design, deliver, and evaluate training and development materials that enable adoption of project deliverables.
  • •Lead change management activities including change risk assessment, change impact assessments, and stakeholder assessments.
  • •Prepare and present progress reports with recommendations to support alignment with project objectives and decision-making by SteerCo and project managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record implementing change plans and building a change management practice.
  • •Prior experience in large-scale or complex IT project change management.
  • •Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or Psychology.
  • •PROSCI or CCMP certification (desirable).
  • •Ability to hold Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain a Baseline clearance.
