Job Summary

Manage financial activities for National and Major Retail customer AR accounts, ensuring best practices for full receivables collection. Handle dispute resolutions, contract-related reviews, reconciliations, chargebacks, credit balances, and timely refunds. Partner across sales and logistics to resolve AR issues and shortage deductions. Maintain accurate aged trial balance and overdue metrics, update SAP coding for clearings/matching, and deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and ad hoc analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage ATB (Aged Trial Balance) and all transactions for assigned accounts.
•Analyze accounts and resolve disputes with high accuracy and quality.
•Perform reconciliations, identify process/system problems, and suggest solutions.
•Ensure credits, chargebacks, and refunds are issued and cleared on time, including SAP clearing/matching updates.
•Prepare and communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports and ad hoc analysis while managing client relationships and customer meetings via WebEx.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related work experience.
•4–6 years of work experience in related fields.
•Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
•Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel, V-lookup, Pivot tables).
