Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage ATB (Aged Trial Balance) and all transactions for assigned accounts.
  • •Analyze accounts and resolve disputes with high accuracy and quality.
  • •Perform reconciliations, identify process/system problems, and suggest solutions.
  • •Ensure credits, chargebacks, and refunds are issued and cleared on time, including SAP clearing/matching updates.
  • •Prepare and communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports and ad hoc analysis while managing client relationships and customer meetings via WebEx.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related work experience.
  • •4–6 years of work experience in related fields.
  • •Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
  • •Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel, V-lookup, Pivot tables).
