Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and source claims vendors in line with authority levels, working with procurement.
  • •Lead and support due diligence and negotiate new vendor contracts.
  • •Develop vendor agreements for larger and more complex vendors and support negotiations.
  • •Ensure service level agreements are met by auditing and tracking vendor performance.
  • •Track and report metrics, run vendor performance reviews/meetings, and drive continuous improvement in customer experience and cost savings.

  • •Experience developing vendor agreements for larger/complex vendors and supporting related negotiations.
