Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical discovery, feasibility assessment, and solution architecture end-to-end across the pre-sale cycle.
•Translate firm workflow requirements into integration blueprints covering APIs, webhooks, data migration, ETL, and SSO while assessing feasibility.
•Create contract-quality scoping documents that Delivery Leads can execute without re-discovery.
•Run executive rooms with CTOs, COOs, and partners to shape deal strategy alongside AEs and accelerate technical buyer trust.
•Uncover real firm needs, synthesize findings into designs/timelines/constraints, and turn wins into reusable playbooks while carrying field signal back to Product.

Key Requirements

•Proven pre-sales/post-sales solutions architecture or solutions engineering experience in B2B SaaS, ideally FinTech or accounting technology, at a fast-growth early-stage company.
•Fluency in accounting tech stack components like GL systems, practice management platforms, document management, and billing infrastructure (including differences across firm environments).
•Command of APIs, webhooks, data migration, ETL, and SSO to design integrations and judge feasibility independently.
•Hands-on fluency with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows, with ability to speak credibly about where the technology is headed.
•Exceptional communication across audiences, combining technical depth with executive presence.
