Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Head of Wholesale Credit Risk in managing credit assessments and approvals for the CIB portfolio.
  • •Cover the most complex CIB borrowing groups and review urgent transactions to opine, advise, and challenge large and complex initiatives.
  • •Identify credit deterioration and early warning signs through the Worry Watch Monitor (WWM) process.
  • •Provide prompt advice and solutions to CIB and act as primary support for portfolio management and policy.
  • •Review and ensure credit approvals and reviews meet the highest standards, compliance requirements, and customer/business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • •Established capability in financial statement analysis, structuring, and credit modeling.
  • •Substantial experience in corporate banking with a track record in credit risk assessment and approval.
  • •Strong knowledge of corporate banking products to analyze transaction and structure appropriateness for approval.
  • •Familiarity with the Philippine regulatory environment (BSP) is an advantage.
