Job Summary

Lead manufacturing operations on the second shift at a Raytheon facility, accountable for daily execution, production quality, and delivery at cost targets. Key Responsibilities

•Direct daily supervision and management of 20+ hourly employees and additional support/technical personnel.
•Define operational schedules, priorities, and goals to enable continuous manufacturing of line-flow or end-item products.
•Ensure production and depot product quality while delivering on time at or below cost targets.
•Execute and sustain product-focused processes, tooling, equipment, and test architecture.
•Drive safety, people, quality, delivery, and cost priorities and collaborate with support engineering, supply chain, and quality on project schedules.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years’ experience.

•Capability to work extended hours when required in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
