Job Summary

Design, develop, and test electronic warfare technology and sensor systems for multiple programs within the Electronic Warfare and Airborne Sensors team. Own system development, requirements decomposition, system integration and verification/validation, and lab test oversight including fault identification and failure resolution. Evaluate performance of developmental EW systems and support production hardware acceptance, plus occasional bid/proposal estimating and customer/field support. Onsite in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in requirements decomposition and oversee proper allocation of technical elements for system development.
•Support system integration, test, design verification, fault identification, failure resolution, and acceptance of production hardware.
•Provide engineering oversight for lab test and qualification activities, including analysis of system hardware and firmware functionality and performance.
•Support customer inquiries and field failures, including obsolescence, enhancements, new product development, integration, and transition to production.
•Evaluate performance of developmental electronic warfare systems, including signal processing subsystems, and provide bid/proposal estimations when needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Physics) plus 5 years of relevant systems engineering and RF/signal processing experience.
•Experience decomposing requirements and overseeing allocation of technical elements for system development.
•Experience producing and presenting system design information and/or system test results to internal or external customers.
•Willingness to complete occasional business travel, up to 20%.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
