Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a liaison between auction operations and customers while performing pre-sale quality checks.
  • •Recommend and oversee reconditioning services (e.g., PDR, glass repair) to ensure sale readiness.
  • •Review and write repair orders, enter them into the PC system, and coordinate repairs with shops.
  • •Manage inventory by locating, numbering, moving vehicles, and confirming VIN, make, year, and mileage.
  • •Coordinate sale day lane activities and support quality control by performing basic diagnostics and conducting final vehicle walks with customer representatives.
