Float Personal Banker Associate I - Georgia East (Buford)

Complete a 4–8 week onboarding and education program to become a Retail Personal Banker I, rotating through operations and Sales & Service. Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, and set appointments using CAMP and approved marketing tools. Cross-sell, support outside sales activities, partner with mortgage and business teams, meet production and customer experience goals, and maintain trust, confidentiality, and risk compliance.
