•Independently lead technology, cybersecurity, and AI-related risk assessments to define audit scope and testing priorities.
•Design risk-based audit programs and execute fieldwork aligned with Internal Audit methodology.
•Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of key technology, cybersecurity, and AI-related controls and document results in workpapers.
•Draft audit reports and contextualize findings and recommendations within Okta’s risk, control, and governance environment.
•Provide risk-based advisory support and mentor junior auditors on methodology, workpaper standards, and root cause analysis; track remediation completion.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, STEM, Accounting, or related field.
•3–6 years of audit experience focused on technology, cybersecurity, or related areas.
•2+ years auditing technology environments (e.g., operating systems, networks, public/private cloud, third-party cloud applications/platforms).
•2+ years auditing technology operational processes (e.g., SDLC, system integration/monitoring, data protection, identity and access management).
•Experience assessing emerging AI risks and strong understanding of ITGCs/ITACs, including SDLC, access/change management, logging/monitoring, disaster recovery, and cloud computing.
