Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Director of Engineering in setting and executing APAC Wuxi engineering strategy and align objectives to product roadmaps.
  • •Mentor, coach, and develop engineering talent, including performance reviews, career development, recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
  • •Oversee planning, resource allocation, and execution of product development and sustaining engineering projects with milestone, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Monitor and report engineering KPIs (delivery, cost savings, issue resolution) and drive knowledge sharing across teams and regions.
  • •Ensure exceptional technical support and customer service; collaborate with sales, product management, and manufacturing to resolve complex technical challenges and support business development.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with strategic planning, project management, and process optimization.
  • •8+ years of relevant engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a technical leadership or management role.
  • •Technical competence in Fluid Power (hydraulics, pneumatics, electromechanical systems).
  • •Demonstrated ability managing engineering teams, product portfolios, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
