Lead and oversee asset management operations, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, contract management, and asset performance optimization. Drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, and HSE standards. Own asset management strategies aligned with ISO 55000, implement lifecycle planning and registers, and deliver 3–5 year opex/capex plans. Use FM technologies (CMMS/CAFM, BMS, SCADA), plus BIM/CAD-based data governance and reporting to improve cost efficiency and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead asset management, contracts, and finance teams to deliver optimal asset performance and value.
•Develop and execute asset management strategies, budgets, and performance plans across multiple locations.
•Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial performance analysis for decision-making.
•Manage contract management strategies for third-party service providers and ensure cost control/value optimization.
•Lead implementation and optimization of FM technologies and maintain accurate, governed asset databases and documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Asset Management, Facilities Management, Property Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
•Minimum 10+ years of experience in asset/facilities management.
•Proven leadership experience in senior management roles.
•Demonstrated success in asset strategy development, financial management, and operational delivery.
•Knowledge of asset and facilities management principles, ISO standards (ISO 55000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and FM systems (CMMS/CAFM, BMS, SCADA).
