Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead asset management, contracts, and finance teams to deliver optimal asset performance and value.
  • •Develop and execute asset management strategies, budgets, and performance plans across multiple locations.
  • •Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial performance analysis for decision-making.
  • •Manage contract management strategies for third-party service providers and ensure cost control/value optimization.
  • •Lead implementation and optimization of FM technologies and maintain accurate, governed asset databases and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Asset Management, Facilities Management, Property Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • •Minimum 10+ years of experience in asset/facilities management.
  • •Proven leadership experience in senior management roles.
  • •Demonstrated success in asset strategy development, financial management, and operational delivery.
