Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure successful project delivery by leading and coordinating engineering teams, managing technical scope, and controlling quality/cost/schedule while mitigating risks.
  • •Oversee multidisciplinary engineering inputs and deliverables across execution centers, including workshare planning and manpower plan preparation.
  • •Support HSE/quality assurance by ensuring compliance with the Project Quality System and planning/implementing HSES reviews.
  • •Develop and manage project schedules, resolve escalated delays/changes, and implement recovery plans.
  • •Supervise technical professionals, coordinate large interdisciplinary inputs (typically 50+), and drive design verification and change management.
