Lead the execution of medium to large-scale product change projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate across R&D, Operations, Quality, and Legal to manage risks, maintain compliance with quality and regulatory standards, and provide status and financial performance updates aligned to business priorities. Oversee multiple workstreams, drive continuous improvement in project management practices, standardize workflows and documentation, and coach teams using best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

•Implement risk management processes and ensure projects adhere to objectives and success criteria while meeting quality and regulatory standards.
•Act as primary liaison between project teams and stakeholders across R&D, Operations, Quality, and Legal to facilitate collaboration.
•Oversee multiple workstreams by monitoring progress, identifying issues, resolving conflicts, and evaluating scope, complexity, and cost trade-offs.
•Drive continuous improvement by standardizing project management workflows and documentation, promoting best practices, and coaching teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of equivalent work experience; engineering degree and/or advanced degree is a plus.
•PMP certification; SCRUM Master is a nice to have.
•6+ years of experience as a Project Manager for medical device projects, including class 3 electromechanical active implantable devices (a plus).
•Ability to analyze complex systems and situations and assess feasibility and project risks.
•Strong organizational and planning skills to reprioritize in a rapidly changing environment; ability to take timely decisions with minimal supervision.
