Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and guidance to the Plan Services team, including mentoring and reviewing other designers’ work.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree in CAD or construction technology (preferred), with related study in structural/architectural/civil/mechanical engineering (plus).
  • •6+ years of EWP experience.
  • •Advanced proficiency with engineered lumber CAD design software, including advanced isDesign/isPlan usage.
  • •Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, details) and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and knowledge of wood construction building code requirements.
