Application Manager – Database

Lead and manage the application and database service function for ISE’s Application Services strategy in Riyadh, including people management, planning, and day-to-day service operations. Own escalation, vendor coordination, reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and compliance for computerized systems, data, and access controls. Support bid activities and deliver best practices across the application-database team to meet SLAs and CSAT requirements, while contributing to projects and industry accreditation goals.
