•Define and optimize rider payment and incentive models across diverse markets, ensuring alignment with business goals, logistics KPIs, and rider satisfaction.
•Continuously evaluate the financial impact of payment models and monitor cost-per-order (CPO) trends to balance profitability with rider supply and fleet retention.
•Analyze large datasets to identify trends and inefficiencies in rider payments and logistics operations, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
•Lead the regional rollout of advanced data science models and automated tools tailored to rider payments and operational efficiency.
•Collaborate with Central Product to translate business requirements into product requests and ensure adoption of new payment capabilities across the region

Key Requirements

•3+ years of professional experience in high-growth tech, logistics, strategy consulting, or investment banking; experience in gig-economy, marketplace dynamics, or logistics is a strong plus
•University degree in STEM, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field
•Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Looker to analyze data, build models and derive insights
•Exceptional English communication skills, written and spoken, with ability to challenge the status quo and negotiate with senior stakeholders and leadership
