Key Responsibilities

  • •Examine policyholder accounting and financial records to ensure accurate calculation of earned premium for moderately complex risks and accurately calculated audited exposures.
  • •Plan, organize, and manage assigned workload and territory.
  • •Provide timely and accurate service to insureds, agents, and internal business partners to complete the audit process on moderately complex risks.
  • •Resolve potential disputes/questions arising from the auditing function and ensure audited exposures are accurately calculated.
  • •Provide information, feedback, and technical advice to improve processes and customer outcomes; may assist with training and participate in short-term defined scope projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,800 - 124,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree and 5+ years in the Casualty Premium Audit area, or High School Diploma/Equivalent and 7+ years in the Casualty Premium Audit area, or a Zurich-approved Apprenticeship Program including an Associate Degree and 5+ years in the Casualty Premium Audit area.
  • •Experience with laptop computer auditing and Microsoft Office.
  • •Knowledge of NCCI Workers Compensation and ISO General Liability rules, manuals, and industry practices.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
