Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with clients and stakeholders internally and externally.
  • •Handle pre- and post-contract quantity surveying, including cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variations, and final accounts.
  • •Produce and present the final cost plan as part of estimating and cost planning.
  • •Manage tendering and procurement activities, including pre-qualification, tender lists, preliminaries, tender analysis, tender reports, and contractual documents compilation.

Key Requirements

  • •A recognized degree qualification.
  • •Relevant experience as a QS or Cost Manager, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • •Experience across real estate construction projects.
  • •Highly motivated and able to work independently while delivering for clients.
  • •Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish, with strong report and bid writing skills.
