Senior Cost Manager - Real Estate

Lead cost management activities for real estate construction projects within Turner & Townsend’s Cost Management division Spain. Own pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties, including cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variations, and final accounts. Drive estimating and cost planning through the production and presentation of final cost plans, while managing tendering processes from pre-qualification through analysis, tender reporting, and contractual document compilation.
