Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, challenge, recommend, and (within delegated authority) approve structured credit proposals, ensuring risk/return is acceptable and well evidenced.
  • •Assess transaction structures and documentation, including subordination, security package, cashflow waterfall, covenants, and jurisdictional considerations.
  • •Own and manage a defined portfolio of structured exposures through periodic reviews, monitoring covenants/triggers, and timely escalation.
  • •Proactively identify emerging risks (market, sector, model, correlation, concentration, liquidity, ESG/reputational) and drive appropriate mitigants.
  • •Contribute to risk appetite calibration and governance, and partner with stakeholders to shape pipelines responsibly while maintaining independent risk judgement.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in finance, economics, business or a related discipline.
  • •Experience in corporate credit or structured credit transactions with strong credit fundamentals (cashflow, leverage, collateral, and legal/documentation concepts).
