Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Recommend appropriate retail consumer and small business solutions based on in-depth product/service knowledge.
  • •Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
  • •Primarily cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events and business sales calls.
  • •Process teller transactions and perform full-range retail product opening/servicing, including participating in consumer loan and bankcard processes and supporting branch open/close activities as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
  • •Ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Demonstrated ability to understand advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •Required to obtain S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS (MU4R questions and registration).
