Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with vendors to ensure all content meets Vogue France, Condé Nast, and Creative Group brand integrity and production quality standards.
  • •Manage the visual team across all aspects of photo shoot production, from ordering staffing and liaising with providers to ensuring schedule and budget adherence.
  • •Supervise image contracts, image rights, and usage rights in collaboration with Branded Content and the CN Legal department.
  • •Manage Vogue.com photo budgets and branded content production budgets, including negotiating external supplier rates.
  • •Create assignments, process invoices on time, send call sheets, and support editorial/creative input for daily publication across all platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of professional experience in media or a related field, including team management experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of digital, social, and video content.
  • •Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • •Ability to participate in editorial decisions and develop visual narratives across platforms.
  • •Ability to translate brand/client needs into premium production, with a strong understanding of platform requirements.
